Tom and his brother Joe lived two blocks away from me in Bellevue. When I was 14, I inherited from them a Gazette paper route that covered both Turner Ave. and Campbell Ave, from 12th Street to 17th Street. As with most Bellevue kids, we all congregated at Hillhurst Park for all sorts of activities and truly loved our lives growing up together.– Ed –
