Roger Anthony Palmer of White Plains, MD passed away peacefully on August 15, 2026 after a long illness surrounded by the love of his family. Roger was born on November 5,1946 in Schenectady NY and was the son of the later Roger Palmer and Josephine (Riccardi) Palmer. Roger graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in Schenectady in 1964.
